Nebraska Public Employees Local 251 to Join Striking Kellogg’s Workers November 7 in Omaha11/3/2021 In a show of solidarity, N.P.E. Local 251/AFSCME members will join striking Kellogg’s employees on their picket line in Omaha on Sunday, November 7 from 2-4pm. NPE Local 251 members are encouraged to wear green as we join in solidarity to show support for striking BCTGM union workers. The picket line is located at 9601 F Street, Omaha. Please meet at the corner of 96th and F Streets.

The Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union settling committee voted down Nov. 4 “ultimately, best and final” set of deal demands from Kellogg’s bosses. The bosses provide which does not attain what our members are requesting for; a foreseen way to completely settled, entirely facilitated employment for all employees with no exchange,” the union said. The company is supposed to ‘change them into inheritance status when someone retires or leaves and they’re not doing it. Now they desire to clear out the 30% cap on the number of unsettled employees in a plant. We desire clear out of the two tiers on the whole. Leave a Reply. |
